Saskatchewan's official winter sport is Curling and the Moose Jaw Curling Centre requires a Head Curling Ice Technician for the upcoming 2022-2023 season to provide high quality curling ice for daily leagues and bonspiels!
The Moose Jaw Curling Centre is an 8 sheet facility featuring a large lobby, locker rooms and a spacious lounge overlooking the ice surface.
The Head Ice Technician is responsible for the installation and maintenance of the curling ice. This includes surface preparation, painting and sponsor logo install, ice preparation for league or bonspiel play as well as proper rock conditioning and maintenance.
Frequent evenings and weekend work are required to execute, support and supervise scheduled events and activities throughout the season.
